Within Australia

Fine Art Prints (postage and packaging): Flat rate standard delivery AUD$15

Framing (postage & packaging): AUD$30 delivery fee per frame.

Outside Australia

Fine Art Prints (postage and packaging): Flat rate standard delivery AUD$20. Overseas orders are done on application, depending on item and destination (most countries will be fine to ship to, however, in some instances there may be some restrictions in place). Please contact me via the Contact Form or email info@ashleighelle.art to chat.

Framing: Framing options are not currently available for deliveries outside Australia, but I am working on this.

Greetings Cards:

Greetings Cards are dispatched within 2 business days.

Printing and framing:

All fine art printing is completed by a third party professional print lab & framer based in Perth, Western Australia. Any print orders require a 7 business day production time plus postage time. Framing is completed by local framers and any framing orders require a 28 business day production time plus postage time.

Shipping

As ashleigh elle art relies on third party logistics and shipment companies to deliver products to customers, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact me.

If access will be difficult for the person delivering, please provide ashleigh elle art with written details when placing your order.



To the maximum extent permitted by law, ashleigh elle art shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery or delay. For the avoidance of doubt, ashleigh elle art is not responsible for any international shipping delays caused by the customs clearance process.
